Welcome to the Gratitude Page!

We are grateful to have the opportunity to share our experiences and writing with our readers and we want the presence of this page to remind you (and us because we forget sometimes too!) to express gratitude regularly for everything in your life.

We have decided to dedicate a page on to gratitude because expressing gratitude for everything that comes into your life is such an important aspect of living a fulfilling life. We can’t tell you how many times we were down and out, then took the time to write out what we were grateful for and had everything turn around. It forced us to see more positively what was happening in our lives.

In expressing gratitude for whatever comes into your life (no matter how small, good or bad), you are able to acknowledge the great things that are happening in your life. We’ve always believed everything happens for a reason. So, even if these things seem small, you have to acknowledge their greatness to your life and see how they fit into the bigger picture.

This page acts as reminder for you to express gratitude regularly and tells you how we do it in our lives.  Feel free to let us know ways you incorporate gratitude in your life by contacting us using one of the methods on our Contact page or by using commenting and social media found after our posts. Ways in which we incorporate gratitude in our lives:

1. We update a spreadsheet monthly of all the things we are grateful for that particular month. It is always great going back to remember and review the things that have happened. You’d be surprised what you’ll find to be grateful about if you just take the time to do it.

2. We meditate on gratitude each night before we go to sleep.  We have a conversation about the things that happened that day to be grateful for.  You find so many wonderful things happen to you and you don’t always notice them until you consciously discuss this each day.  It is astounding how many positive changes and events occur in such a short period.

3. We use the Wayne Dyer CD, Meditations for Manifesting, which has a morning meditation for manifesting your desires into your life and an evening meditation for gratitude. This is a great tool for giving gratitude as well as relaxing you for a great night’s rest.

We hope this helps you find a ritual that works for you so you can see the transformational power of incorporating gratitude in your life daily.
